I am not sure how she has so many excellent reviews. She was horrible throughout the entire process. She lost my paperwork three times, she would not return phone calls and desperate emails asking her to reply and I got no reduction to anything as she thought. I would never refer her to anyone ever. ...Completely unprofessional and did not help me at all.

I could not be more impressed! Ms. Fioravanti provided the highest possible levels of expert legal counsel, near immediate accessibility, tenacious follow-through, and skilled and successful representation. Ms. Fioravanti ‘s experience (over 25 years) in the local courts and PENNdot is a critical a...sset. She knows these systems --knows not only the letter but the spirit of the laws and, importantly, how they will be locally interpreted and executed. Ms. Fioravanti is on a fist name basis with virtually everyone in the justice systems surrounding (and including) Philadelphia county. I cannot stress enough the value of being represented by a lawyer who has earned the trust and respect of those you will likely appear before (officers, judges, clerks, district attorneys). My rating is 5 stars --truly outstanding. I give my absolute highest recommendation!

I made a mistake and was charged with a DUI, simple assault, and reckless endangerment of another person (REAP). I had never required a lawyer before, and did not know what to do, or who to turn to. Furthermore, due to immigration issues, I could not afford to be found guilty of the REAP or simple a...ssault charges. At least for me, this was a very high-stakes situation. After contacting (and visiting) 3 different lawyers, I got a call back from Michelle, and I knew I was going to go with her. I don't want to get into details about the other lawyers, but in that one conversation she did for me what the others did not. She is very succinct and professional. She did not give me false hope, but real assurance. She is trustworthy. She worked very well and was very responsive throughout my case. She managed to remove all charges, except for the DUI. I received the minimum legal sentence (anything below would be against the law). Her experience (25+ years!) and knowledge kept me at ease. Her ability to communicate clearly, answer my detailed questions, and concise weighing and presentation of available options impressed me. I said it before, she gave me real assurance. Furthermore, I found out that my court-appointed sentence (to serve time) coincided with very important situation at work, Anyone who knows the Philadelphia justice system, would understand how tough it is to CHANGE the scheduling and date of your sentence. After communicating my dilemma to her, I received a change of date the very next day. Now, this may only be important to me, but she moved my mountain, again. This is why she's my favorite lawyer.

We hired Michelle one year ago for a juvenile case. Our first conversation lasted about 1 1/2 hrs as she listened to every detail. We were dealing with an over zealous state trooper for our son giving the DA a false impression. After a year of battling we finally got the result we were hoping for and... deserved. She advised us every step of the way making a stressful situation alittle better for our family. We would highly recommend her for any juvenile matter. I don't typically write reviews. In fact this is about the third review I ever done. We felt Michelle was worthy of this and deserved some credit for her fight. I should also mention her fees are very reasonable for the average person and she doesn't tack on small fees along the way that most others tend to do. She also gave us her cell phone for any questions we had or updates after office hours. That's almost unheard of today.

Ms. Fioravanti was very understanding and responsive when I first contacted her regarding my case, and her price was very reasonable. She told me that a significant distinction between her and other attorneys was that she was friends with the D.A. for they worked together in the past. Everything soun...ded great, until the day of my hearing. In the weeks leading up to my hearing, Ms. Fioravanti assured me that all aspects of my case were under control. She kept reassuring me that I was "a sure candidate for entrance into the ARD program". When I was denied entrance into ARD on the day of my hearing, Ms. Fioravanti told me that I was denied due to circumstances which were recorded on the police report from my arrest. Ms. Fioravanti had ready access to these documents way before my trial. When I asked about her relation to the D.A., she told me that she is not friends with the D.A., but she does "have a friend in the D.A.'s office". This is a case of failed expectations. I don't want to go to jail, nobody does. However, I also don't have a problem owning my actions and accepting the punishment for those foolish actions. I do have a problem with Ms. Fioravanti failing to adequately prepare for my trial, and I do have a problem with being lied to from day 1 on unverifiable credentials. Overall, I'm just disappointed with this lawyer's services, and I do not recommend that you let her represent you for your DUI case.
