Washington Attorney Nathan "Nate" Webb was born in Denver, CO and raised in South Texas. Nathan was a Marketing major and received his Bachelors of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Texas State University in San Marcos. He accepted a position as an insurance adjuster in Austin, TX where he honed his analytical and negotiation skills. Nathan also owned and operated the Original Home Dog Training (San Antonio, TX; Tulsa, OK: and Seattle, WA), a personal in-home obedience training company, for nine years. Nathan acquired his Juris Doctor at the University of Tulsa College of Law.
Nathan reopened the Webb Law Firm (founded in 2005) after working at Fox Bowman Duarte in Bellevue, WA (considered the premier DUI firm in Washington). He brings that exceptional experience to the Webb Law Firm and concentrates solely on DUI Defense in Seattle, Bellevue, Lynnwood, Everett, Tacoma, Redmond and throughout Western Washington. He utilizes his trial and negotiation skills to represent clients at all hearings. He is an experienced litigator and has successfully negotiated hundreds of cases and also achieved favorable trial results. Nathan has attended the NHTSA training for Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (the program each trooper, deputy and officer goes through) and has participated in mock courtroom training to teach new breath test technicians at the Washington State Patrol how to prepare for cross examination and how to give live testimony in DUI cases.
He is respected by his peers, judges and prosecutors alike. Nathan is devoted to offering caring and personal attention to each client and even though he follows this axiom, Nathan will demonstrate vigor and aggressiveness when necessary to represent you effectively. Nathan believes in being truthful with each client and will discuss in great detail the merits and drawbacks of each case. He will not promise you specific results, but will evaluate your case and inform you of the likely outcome. (No attorney may promise a specific outcome under the rules of professional conduct). Negotiation skills are extremely important in criminal defense and Nathan has fine tuned these skills over the years to offer you the best result in your case. With that being said, not every case should be negotiated and in many instances the elements of the crime may not be applicable to your charge; it is when these types of instances arise that Nathan is prepared to pursue the case through jury trial.
