I hired her for a simple and very small drug possession charge. My first time ever being in trouble with the law. I had no criminal background. She told me because of that, she could easily get the charge dropped. She was late showing up to my first hearing. I constantly had to reach out to her for u...pdates and information. She never contacted me to tell me about my sentencing hearing. I called her to tell her about the paperwork I received in the mail with my sentencing date, which I received only 2 days before the hearing was scheduled. She acted like she knew nothing about it!? The night before the hearing, she called me to tell me she couldn't appear with me and would have a lawyer "friend" of hers appear on her behalf. The "friend" she sent was an extremely rude, harsh and judgemental man. He treated me horribly. I would of never wanted this man to assist me. He seemed completely uninterested with me and was annoyed he had to be there with me. I was given no prior advice from Michelle about what was going to happen or if the charge would even be dropped like she promised. She never had my charge dropped. I was found guilty of the possession charge and sentenced to probation (among a lot of other obligations I had to fulfill). Michelle NEVER called me to follow up with me after the hearing, or ever again. She disappeared. Once I finished my probation one year later, I called her to ask how to get the charge deleted off of my record. She didnt even remember who I was. She told me to pay her another $500 for her to handle the process. Soon after that I received a letter from the state stating the charge was deleted from all of my records. I never had to pay for her to do that. The state automatically did it for me. She just tried to get more money out of me. She was a complete waste of money. She did absolutely nothing for me. She didnt even show up to my hearing. She did not care about me and did nothing to fight for me. She's totally incompetent. She's a joke.

I am a student at Villanova University, and unfortunately I was arrested for a DUI at the beginning of last semester. I was incredibly stupid, thinking I could safely drive the short distance to my apartment. I was stopped by the police for swerving on the road and not being able to stay in my lane....
