Thomas D. Kenny, Esquire has been a practicing lawyer in Pennsylvania since 1996. Mr. Kenny previously worked for the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney, prosecuting cases for the Major Trials Unit.

Mr. Kenny left for private practice in 2005 to focus on criminal defense, real estate litigation, and personal injury work. Mr. Kenny has tried over two thousand cases in his career (and worked on thousands more, which did not proceed to trial). Mr. Kenny loves to be in the courtroom fighting for his clients.

I am completely satisfied with the services rendered from Mr. Thomas Kenny. This is the second time he got the job done for myself and my spouse. He made it so that we can be together again by first getting restraining orders lifted and then even getting a modification to probation granted. I would highly recommend Mr. Kenny, he honors his word and the payment was affordable!

Philly Finest

Mr. Kenny was nothing short of AMAZING! I was worried I would do jailtime because the victim had strong evidence against me but he ensured me that I'd be ok. He's truly a magician and great at what he do and he don't cost an arm and a leg!!! I would recommend him to anyone faced with serious charges and want to maintain their freedom or at the very least shorten their sentence. If I could give 10 Stars, I would!

My ex-husband and I hired Mr. Kenny to represent our sons on a recent criminal case. Although to me, things didn't look hopeful at the outset of this case, Mr. Kenny assured us that he would FIGHT for his clients, my sons. He has a great team backing him as well. Everyone who I interacted with made me feel confident that the outcome of this case was just as important to them as it was to us. Up until the very last phone call regarding the case, where I could sense sincere happiness in one of the paralegals' voices as he was notifying me that their charges were dismissed. I don't think that I can 100% express the gratitude that I have for Kenny, Burns & McGill with words alone. Wrongful incarceration

My significant other was wrongfully identified and incarcerated for a crime with a firearm. Mr. Kenny and Anthony his paralegal were fantastic from the initial phone call to the final outcome. Hopefully we’ll never need Mr. Kenny again but I wouldn’t hesitate to call this amazing team if the need ever arises.

Sublet Situation

I was dealing with a situation in which sublet their apartment to us without approval from the landlord and then evicted us from the space without going to court and obtaining proper documentation. 2 months after this situation, they have been harassing us for damages that occurred during the time we were not living in the space and have sent us a bill to pay. Upon reaching out, Tom very graciously and clearly explained the whole legal situation to me and how the subleasers had no legal ground to bill us. Furthermore, he suggested that I could file a claim myself and then explained the whole process of doing so very clearly. I greatly appreciated Tom's legal aid and would definitely reach out to him in the future if the need arises.

We got our money back from the government

My mother's case was labeled complexed by other attorneys. I was referred to Att. Kenny by a friend that believed he will win our case. Although it was a long process, he got the job done. My mother and I are grateful.

Very good at what he does!

I started with 2 counts of possesion of a controlled substance and 1 count of possesion of paraphilia and he is so good i won my case and didn't even have to see the judge
