I have been a criminal defense attorney for my entire career. I average 6-8 felony amd misdemeanor trials a year, including homicides, robberies, sex offenses and dwi's. My practice area includes state criminal defense in Nassau County, as well as Queens, Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx, Westchester and Suffolk Counties along with Federal cases. There is no case too small or too big. My firm has attorney's who can handle all levels of criminal matters, including traffic cases.

Gifted
Hired the firm, great to work with, they know what they're doing. Mr Bekoff has plenty of experience and Mr Lo Piccolo is learned & wise. And though it may seem unknown about the law this attorney is Gifted.

Excellent defence lawyer
Joe is great! He managed to get my case retried and the sentence overturned.
