Ridge Road and Germantown Pike Interconnection

Chris was fantastic! He led us through the Eminent Domain process and he was able to secure a much larger settlement from PennDOT. I would highly recommend hiring Chris Derr due to his vast knowledge of Eminent Domain. Don't do it alone! Hire the BEST!

This was a partial taking of which impacted an industrial zoned parcel on the PennDOT Germantown Pike Connector project in Collegeville, PA . A temporary construction easement required the demolition of partially rehabbed colonial structure. We were able to have the clients business moved, paid for materials and equipment and obtain a significant increase in the damages.

Nello Construction Co., Inc.

Chris was extremely professional, and very effective in negotiating on our behalf with PennDOT. We, as a company, and individually, were thrilled with the work Chris did for us and we look forward to working with him again if the need arises in the future. Furthermore, we would undoubtedly recommend... his services to any individuals or companies without hesitation!

This was a partial taking of industrial land adjoining Interstate 95 in the City of Philadelphia. The client uses the area as a storage area for construction materials. We were able to secure a substantial settlement. In addition to the condemnation matter we are assisting the client in purchasing surplus land owned by the City of Philadelphia to replace that lost in the taking. Please call us to assist you in your matter. 215-628-2868

Eminent Domain case in Montgomery county

When we were notified that Penn Dot was taking our house we had so many questions. Having someone with as much experience as Chris was invaluable. Chris knew personally the people that we were dealing with at Penn Dot which allowed us to to resolve our case in the best way possible.

This was a total take of a residential property by PennDOT on part of PennDOT's RT 309 connector project. In addition to obtaining a very favorable settlement, we were able to negotiate with PennDOT on the size of the taking which enabled the homeowner to sell the remainder to an adjoining business for a substantial windfall. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your matter at 215-628-2868.”

Knowable lawyer with lots of expertise.

Chris was instrumental in guiding us through the loss of our home due to eminent domain. His expertise and support were invaluable throughout the process, and we were truly grateful to have him represent us. If we ever need assistance in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to turn to him again. Thank you..., Chris!

Mr Duerr represented my company in an eminent domain issue with PennDot in Delaware County. After several Penndot delays, Chris prevailed and got our company a good settlement. I appreciate his efforts and would recommend him highly
