An Attorney With Ethics

I submitted a life insurance claim after the passing of my husband. One of the largest insurance companies in the US. They promptly denied paying the claim. Being told I had one chance at an appeal I knew I needed help - from an attorney - and one who had experience in life insurance denial claims.... I found no one local in my area, or even in my state. So I looked online, but was skeptical. I read reviews, browsed websites, and finally came across the Boonswang Law Firm. I was at first hesitant but after calling and talking with them I felt more confident in my choice. With their experience with life insurance claim denials they worked diligently and efficiently to plead my case. Matters like this don't resolve overnight, but they did keep me up to date on what was happening, which was very reassuring. When one is in a position where the life insurance could make the difference between being financially stable or in a dire situation you have to have confidence in the attorney's handling the case. In my situation the insurance company agreed to pay the claim and then reversed their decision a few weeks later. However, Attorney Boonswang used his knowledge and expertise to not only have the decision reversed in MY favor - the insurance company was forced to pay interest. I put my complete trust in Attorney Boonswang and I'm so grateful that I did. Please do not hesitate in considering him and his staff to handle any of your legal matters. He is an Attorney with ethics and I would definitely use his services again if I should ever have need.

Extremely irritated

I contacted the firm about 6months ago. Chad sold the firm as being the best in the business as far as working with insurance companies that don't want to pay. After pondering on going with the firm I was very afraid seeing that they are in another state and I can't go and visit the office if I need... to. My experience so far has been horrible. I can never get any answers from anyone there yet alone a return phone call or email response. I'm big on professionalism and the employees lack in this area. Once you sign the agreement they are not so accommodating. Whenever you call your told the attorney will return your call and that NEVER HAPPENS....I'm not sure who's writing these reviews but my experience has been nothing but added turmoil.

Around or about July, 2017 I was faced with an issue that called for the best Life insurance attorney I could find. As I pulled over to the side of the road to catch my breathe and pray. I asked God to place someone at my fingertips. I was truly blessed to find Mr. Chad Boonswang. From the first t...ime I talked to Mr. Boonswang, I knew he was the person I needed. Every time I called his office, I didn't speak to an assistant, I was immediately connected to Mr. Boonswang. Every questions I asked got answered and he handled my case in the utmost professional way. If you're in search of an attorney who handles life insurance and personal injury, Mr. Chad Boonswang is you man. I plan to use his services again for another matter. Please give him a call. I was so pleased with Mr. Boonswang and retrieving my life insurance in a timely manner. He and his staff responded to me very quickly and kept my abreast as to the status of my case. My grief was all I could deal with and I was so thankful to not have to deal with the life insurance matter who wer...e giving me the run around. Thanks again.
