I submitted a life insurance claim after the passing of my husband. One of the largest insurance companies in the US. They promptly denied paying the claim. I am very happy with the Boonswang Law Firm. Chad and his team got justice for my mother. My mother passed away with the notion that she was leaving her children a little something and all that was diminished when the insurance company denied the claim stating my mother had lied on her application. T...hey sent my two siblings and I a check for the premiums which amounted to a little over a hundred dollars for each one of us. I just felt this was wrong and decided to seek legal counsel. I spent over a year on the phone with my late wife's insurance company trying to get them to honor the policy due to an accidental death. I got nothing but excuses and made up delays.
