Our firm works regularly with attorneys on an ongoing basis. In our opinion Vincent White is the most competent attorney our firm has worked with in the last fifteen years.

It is with great respect that I write this review for VIncent White, Esq., I reached out to him as well as other employment attorneys regarding my employment issues involving the ADA and it's guidelines. He returned my call promptly, answered every question and concern I had and never once during the course of the conversation made me feel uncomfortable, and also was not focused on the "monetary cost" of retaining him, unlike the others I spoke to who did not seem very genuine and continually mentioned the "fees" involved in retaining an attorney. I made my decision to retain Mr. White based on a few factors, primarily because he was genuinely concerned for my employment situation and was very knowledgeable about laws that govern the ADA as well as the EEOC. Unfortunately having experienced past "failures" with attorneys of course I was cautious and very selective. My case was very complex to say the least, despite the complex nature of it, Mr. White never wavered in his commitment to me to resolve my employment isssues resulting in a positive outcome. As challenging as it was, he always kept me informed, returned calls when he said he would EVEN @ times I felt so emotionally battered from the ordeal, he always "listened" to my concerns and addressed them promptly. In today's world, most people are quick to share their negative experiences, I feel so compelled to share my positive experience. This ordeal involved not just a job, but my career as a professional and how it was handled would have a profound impact on my career. Mr. White truly understood that and never wavered in his ability to to see it thru to the end AND with a positive outcome for me. Mr. White exceeded my expectations and epitomizes the attorney/client relationship. He will go above and beyond for you as a client. It is my hope that you select him to represent you, he literally gave me back my life !! Very caring, very professional, he is truly a rare find !!

Vince is kind, caring and a true advocate for justice. In addition to this, he gives you the truth about how difficult your case will be. He advocated for me and I had a favorable outcome. He knows his stuff and he cares! I highly reccomend him!

The one positive thing, was he always responded quickly. I contacted the office based on a contingent case. He was ill and I met with another attorney. The other attorney seemed knowledgable and said I have a case. He explained depending on the case they may want money upfront. I advised I could not afford money upfront hence why I searched for an attorney that would accept it as a contingent case. He understood and said he would talk to his colleagues to see what they would offer. He also said they could do a payment plan etc. I felt more reassured when he said if I still felt I couldn't meet what they offer, that he would refer me to other attorneys that might be able to help. We ended the conversation with him getting back to me the next day. The next day came and went and so did the rest of the week. The following Monday I reached back out to Mr White and asked for an update. His reply was very abrupt basically saying you said you weren't interested in paying. I replied with what his co worker said. That I wasn't even given a definite nor a price. He quickly came back with a number most likely off the top of his head. I asked about a payment plan and there is no payment plan. You still have to lay out thousands and the last thousand they will accept as a payment plan. Plus no help of referring you to anyone else. So they were no help at all. It was a dead end.

I can not emphasize enough how much I appreciate Vincent's professionalism and dedication to my case. He has provided endless support and advice that has taken me by surprise. He is intelligent, genuine and hard-working. The time and efforts given to my particular case definitely shows how much they are dedicated to their clients. I highly recommend Vincent and the rest of the firm to anyone who is seeking legal representation..

I was skeptical to the AVVO thing when I first saw the TV ads, but I had an issue that was serious and needed some legal advice, so I thought that I would give it a try.
I posted my dilemma, and received answers from Mr. Vincent P White that was very interesting and it seemed to me that he had a lot of experience in my type of issue and so I set up a phone conference with him and Mr. White took me right away, but also he gave me information that other attorneys (some who was retained) did not know or informed me about.
I look forward to working with Mr. White and the law firm that works for in the very near future and would highly recommend him to "anyone" needing legal help

Vince was referred to us by a family member on a harassment case at work. Vince was super proactive and took up our cause immediately. After months of getting no where with the company , Vince got results quickly and helped us resolve what could have been a nasty situation. Personally Vince was caring and helped my family at a time when we needed an advocate. I think the worst part of dealing with most law firms is the feeling you are just one of many. Vince took the time to explain the good and bad and treated us with respect. Its nice to see a lawyer who treats his clients as people and not a paycheck.

Vincent White and his Employment Law Group have been representing me in a highly stressful ADA case. I was the recipient of discrimination in multiple ways including lack of accommodation for a disability, gender and others. This case could have become a very high profile case, but it was my choice to keep it low profile. Vincent respected my wishes. I was referred to Vincent by a Disability attorney who spoke very highly of him.
During our first encounter, Vincent was very supportive and attentive. Vincent and his team wrote the claim based on our conversations. He allowed me to read and edit the document until I felt comfortable with it and knew it truly reflected the events of the claim. He filed the paperwork and the case was very quickly calendared for mediation.
In the beginning there were some communication issues, but once we ironed out how best to work together it was a true pleasure to work with him and his group. The partners all came to the mediation hearing, I was well represented. The mediation went on for around 6 hours. The process was grueling. Vincent told me exactly what to expect and everything he said was exactly on the money. We came to a settlement and thanks to them I am now preparing to move on to the next chapter of my life.
I would highly recommend this group to anyone who feels they have a claim against their current or former employer. If there is something they don't know, you can bet they will immediately do the research to find out. If you are struggling and have really been the victim of workplace improprieties you need to go to these guys.

I would recommend Vincent White to anyone who needs help, he's a gentleman & a scholar. Mr White gave me hope when I thought there wasn't any hope. Suggestion if you utilize him, make sure you have all your documents that he will need to get your case started and just sit back and watch him finish it. I also would to mention he is compassionate about his work and he takes the time to help you (the client) think things through (for most people like me aren't aware about their employee rights). Mr. White also works with you and allows for an affordable payment plan for most people cannot afford an attorney of the top during a time of struggle. I highly recommend Vincent White!!!! Thank you Vincent for being there for me Ken H
