Potential clients beware! David’s office sent a hopeful “communication for settlement purposes” on behalf of his client Frank alleging that my wife had terminated his client on 2/20/24. She had not worked at the company that let Frank go since October 2023. At best David has horrible attention to det...
Today, my Firm requested that The New York State Division of Human Rights add Bill Dormier SVP of Client Services at Precision AQ, as a Respondent in the sex discrimination case against The Learning Experience of NYSDHR Case No. 10232265/EEOC Charge 16GC40175 where his wife, Lidia A. Dormier, also is a Respondent. On June 6, 2024, Bill Dormier posted 3 false and defamatory online reviews for the Firm. One, now deleted by Bill Dormier himself on Google, warned potential victims to stay away from the Firm’s services. Bill Dormier also posted similar messages on Yelp and AVVO, a site designated for client reviews only. There, Bill Dormier lied by posting that he had consulted with the firm as a new potential client and then again warned other victims of discrimination to not use the Firm’s services.

David helped me when my employer tried to take advantage of a bad situation and I couldn't be more thankful. He really knew how to guide me through the process and was so patient with all of my annoying questions! I highly recommend him.

David did a great job on my discrimination case. I definitely recommend him. He always made himself available to answer questions which I appreciated, and I know he fought hard on my behalf.
"I highly recommend and endorse this lawyer without reservation. David is passionate and knowledgeable about Employment Law. He is aggressive with his adversaries and patient with his clients. I have referred him cases and have received positive feedback."
"David Rosenberg is an extremely talented attorney who will get your matter resolved in a timely, professional, and very satisfactory manner. He is smart, diligent, friendly and hard working. I highly recommend him."
"Dave Rosenberg advocates on behalf of working men and women who have been cheated by their employers. He is a knowledgeable and zealous advocate for his clients. He is always there for his clients and goes above and beyond on each case. He is a talented writer and an exceptional negotiator. There is no one you'd rather have negotiating on your behalf."
"I know for a fact that Mr. Rosenberg started out his career with legal aid for exactly 2 reasons: 1. He wanted to help people. 2. He wanted to do everything he could to sharpen his litigator's skill set. In my opinion, he succeeded at both goals entirely. Now he is practicing employment law, helping people from the moment he wakes each day. I would recommend him to a family member."
"Zealous advocate with the drive to always achieve the best results for his clients. Would highly recommend."
"I endorse this lawyer. Dave is very knowledgeable about employment law, harassment, discrimination and workers' rights. He's very passionate about his work and a great advocate for his clients."
"I gladly endorse Mr. Rosenberg for his knowledge and commitment to his client's satisfaction. He works tirelessly to ensure his clients get the best result possible under any circumstances."
"I referred various matters to David. He handled all of them with extreme professionalism and compassion. Through his mastery of the law and effective negotiation skills, he was able to achieve favorable settlements/awards for the clients. It is always risky to refer a matter to another attorney because if the client is not satisfied, it is a direct reflection on the person who made the referral. In David’s case, I received positive feedback from the clients that I referred to him which reflected positively upon myself. I would not hesitate to recommend David for all employment, labor, discrimination or civil rights matters."
"David is very knowledgeable like a human encyclopedia and diligent. The clients I send his way appreciate his people skills. Great lawyer and person."
