When I recently found myself in needing all sorts of financial and legal elder planning on behalf of my mom (from power of attorney to possibly establishing a trust to further Medicaid planning), I consulted with over a dozen lawyers. I ultimately chose Roman Aminov for numerous reasons: Prior to meeting Roman in person, he answered all my questions patiently and expertly. I especially appreciated him raising issues that other attorneys did not during our numerous email exchanges and phone calls—in other words, while other lawyers saw mere boxes to check, Roman took the time and effort to understand our unique situation and was able to tailor his knowledge and advice accordingly. He was always prompt in his replies, never made me feel rushed, and consistently made me feel confident in his recommendations. It's also worth pointing out that given where my mom and I live, meeting him in person eventually involved inconvenient travel. I say this NOT as a knock against his practice. Just the opposite. I truly enjoyed my experience with Roman. Him and his staff are very warm and receptive when you engaged them in conversation. Also, we purchased health care proxies, power of attorney and the form on who is in charge of your funeral. My wife and I purchased each of these. I truly recommend Roman and his staff. You will find that they treat you better than most lawyers, coworkers and anyone else you know. Besides being very considerate, they are intelligent and know exactly what they are doing. They invest the proper time into their customers which is also an investment in our future. A human touch within the wild.

Atty. Roman Aminov is the epitome of what a lawyer should be! It’s like talking to your most trusted son. He is kind yet honest and straightforward. He is professional and yet down to earth.
