The one positive thing, was he always responded quickly. I contacted the office based on a contingent case. He was ill and I met with another attorney. The other attorney seemed knowledgable and said I have a case. He explained depending on the case they may want money upfront. I advised I could not... afford money upfront hence why I searched for an attorney that would accept it as a contingent case. He understood and said he would talk to his colleagues to see what they would offer. He also said they could do a payment plan etc. I felt more reassured when he said if I still felt I couldn't meet what they offer, that he would refer me to other attorneys that might be able to help. We ended the conversation with him getting back to me the next day. The next day came and went and so did the rest of the week. The following Monday I reached back out to Mr White and asked for an update. His reply was very abrupt basically saying you said you weren't interested in paying. I replied with what his co worker said. That I wasn't even given a definite nor a price. He quickly came back with a number most likely off the top of his head. I asked about a payment plan and there is no payment plan. You still have to lay out thousands and the last thousand they will accept as a payment plan. Plus no help of referring you to anyone else. So they were no help at all. It was a dead end.

Vincent White and his Employment Law Group have been representing me in a highly stressful ADA case. I was the recipient of discrimination in multiple ways including lack of accommodation for a disability, gender and others. This case could have become a very high profile case, but it was my choice... to keep it low profile. Vincent respected my wishes. In the beginning there were some communication issues, but once we ironed out how best to work together it was a true pleasure to work with him and his group. The partners all came to the mediation hearing, I was well represented. The mediation went on for around 6 hours. The process was grueling. Vincent told me exactly what to expect and everything he said was exactly on the money. We came to a settlement and thanks to them I am now preparing to move on to the next chapter of my life. I would highly recommend this group to anyone who feels they have a claim against their current or former employer. If there is something they don't know, you can bet they will immediately do the research to find out. If you are struggling and have really been the victim of workplace improprieties you need to go to these guys.

Mr. White met with me and one of his associates to review my concerns regarding my son's school district and an eductation issues I was having with the district. As this is not an area where Mr. White practices law he brought in an associate to review the case.
