Vince White is an intelligent, kind, and extremely talented attorney. Seeking legal representation can be an intimidating and upsetting process, but Vince made it easy and relatively enjoyable. It is with great respect that I write this review for VIncent White, Esq., I reached out to him as well as other employment attorneys regarding my employment issues involving the ADA and it's guidelines. He returned my call promptly, answered every question and concern I had and never once during th...e course of the conversation made me feel uncomfortable, and also was not focused on the "monetary cost" of retaining him, unlike the others I spoke to who did not seem very genuine and continually mentioned the "fees" involved in retaining an attorney. I made my decision to retain Mr. White based on a few factors, primarily because he was genuinely concerned for my employment situation and was very knowledgeable about laws that govern the ADA as well as the EEOC. Unfortunately having experienced past "failures" with attorneys of course I was cautious and very selective. My case was very complex to say the least, despite the complex nature of it, Mr. White never wavered in his commitment to me to resolve my employment isssues resulting in a positive outcome. As challenging as it was, he always kept me informed, returned calls when he said he would EVEN @ times I felt so emotionally battered from the ordeal, he always "listened" to my concerns and addressed them promptly. In today's world, most people are quick to share their negative experiences, I feel so compelled to share my positive experience. This ordeal involved not just a job, but my career as a professional and how it was handled would have a profound impact on my career. Mr. White truly understood that and never wavered in his ability to to see it thru to the end AND with a positive outcome for me. I was skeptical to the AVVO thing when I first saw the TV ads, but I had an issue that was serious and needed some legal advice, so I thought that I would give it a try. I posted my dilemma, and received answers from Mr. Vincent P White that was very interesting and it seemed to me that he had a l...ot of experience in my type of issue and so I set up a phone conference with him and Mr. White took me right away, but also he gave me information that other attorneys (some who was retained) did not know or informed me about. Vincent White and his Employment Law Group have been representing me in a highly stressful ADA case. I was the recipient of discrimination in multiple ways including lack of accommodation for a disability, gender and others. This case could have become a very high profile case, but it was my choice... to keep it low profile. Vincent respected my wishes. I was referred to Vincent by a Disability attorney who spoke very highly of him. During our first encounter, Vincent was very supportive and attentive. Vincent and his team wrote the claim based on our conversations. He allowed me to read and edit the document until I felt comfortable with it and knew it truly reflected the events of the claim. He filed the paperwork and the case was very quickly calendared for mediation. In the beginning there were some communication issues, but once we ironed out how best to work together it was a true pleasure to work with him and his group. The partners all came to the mediation hearing, I was well represented. The mediation went on for around 6 hours. The process was grueling. Vincent told me exactly what to expect and everything he said was exactly on the money. We came to a settlement and thanks to them I am now preparing to move on to the next chapter of my life. I would highly recommend this group to anyone who feels they have a claim against their current or former employer.
