I bought a property in May 2017. I have known Mr. Shah for many years for business reasons and working with other clients. When it came time to buy my own home I knew Mr. Shah would be the best choice. Mr. Shah finished attorney review within two days as requested. His response time is very fast and ...he knows how to negotiate with skill. He is able to achieve success on behalf of his clients in away that doesn’t ruin the deal and still get what the client wants. That is an art. I closed a single family home February 2018. Mr. Shah and his and staff are very responsive and answered emails very quickly day and night. The closing itself was very difficult involving few lenders, grants etc but Mr. Shah found a way to navigate through all the issues and managed all the differ...ing personalities and got everyone to the closing table as the Seller almost terminated the transaction after four months of work. This is an art. Mr. Shah also followed up on all issues no matter how small the issue maybe to a first time buyer. Mr. Shah returned calls very promptly and also answered the phone himself very often when I had called. I appreciated knowing Mr. Shah was at my corner every turn. We sold our affordable home and closed promptly on Feb 2, 2018, due to the expeditious handling of our transaction by Mr Shah and his staff! This was a big milestone for us - deciding to invest in a new construction townhouse and moving in by July 2017. I must say that working with Mr. Shah was a great choice, we felt taken care off at all times.
