Outstanding service, is what comes to mind when describing the services rendered by Mr. Sital Shah and the great team under his wing. Mr.Shah not only worked diligently with what I categorize as a difficult case with my parents home purchase whose inspection detected mold, radon, and asbestos. He b...atted on behalf on my family and was able to secure a respectable agreement and resolution for these three issues with the home. Emails were responded to within the same day and I can genuinely say - within hours apart. Mr.Sital Shah has my enthusiastic and upmost recommendation as my experience with his services was nothing short then exceptional, bar none.

A month ago, Sital provided a great service to our business in purchasing an investment property in Jersey City, NJ. He went above and beyond in resolving multiple issues presented to us by the seller and his attorney. We all know that attorneys are very knowledgeable but not all of them care about... their clients best interests. Sital is quite the opposite. Just to give you an example, before closing our property, the seller, his attorney and the title company did not mention a word about a pending litigation and a lien against this property. During closing while reviewing documents, Sital quickly noticed a $25K judgment against the seller and raised concerns on our behalf informing seller’s attorney that the buyers are not liable for this. He also noticed that the seller had not provided a smoke certification, which is a requirement. He fought hard and negotiated this deal with the seller’s attorney while facing numerous threats from the seller’s side about breach of our contract. Sital went back and forth for weeks before finally closing the deal for us without any additional liability on our part. Sital and his team did a great job handling my real estate deal, including last minute issues arising from seller side. He provided good advice on processing the transactions and holding escrow while the transaction closed. Sital was very helpful in staying at his office much later than needed to ens...ure the transaction closed appropriately without charging anything additional. Mr. Sital was constantly following up with the lender even three times a day and was very diligent and instrumental in closing and avoiding penalties that builder would have charged.
