Sital Jasvant Shah

We purchased our home in August 2020 having Sital Shah as our attorney. We are over charged by $450 in addition to agreed amount. It's been 11 months and still no resolution. Initially, he would respond to my queries with explanation and excuses which did not relate to my questions regarding overchar...ge and lately he stopped responding at all to my email. I would never ever hire him as my attorney. Only hire this guy if you have extra $$ floating around and oh yea be ready for some sarcasm and attitude (these are bonuses) you get working with him.

I am very grateful to Mr. Shah, he helped me to close out to buy Single Family in May 2011 and sell in 2019. Sital was an Excellent lawyer, very patient with me and guided me through the entire process. He is very pleasant and kind person, With his support and dedication completed the purchase on... time. He is trustworthy. He showed great leadership to work well with sellers and Buyers. He and is staff followed up on many issues to resolve them for closing at all times. He communicated frequently with me and often responded to all queries anytime night and on weekends. I would give the highest recommendation for his and his staff’s services in the home buying process.

I hired him for both selling and buying my house. He did not add any value in negotiations with my buyers and sellers. He worked as a mail forwarding agent. We agreed to a fee which he forgot and put a higher fee in the settlement amount. There were items in my settlement document for selling my hous...e that he and his associate could not explain. That tells me that he does not review the numbers He has a great attitude which is not a customer focused. He does not communicate well with his fees. Initially he offered to close on my behalf, but never told me that he will charge $200 for that. When I refused his service for closing, he got very angry. His office does not have a/c which makes it hard to work in summer. He does not seem to care about that. He and his associates hardly return phone call. I also find him very inexperienced with real estate issues like title insurance charge. He could not explain the charge beside saying it is accurate . He even did not want to give me contact number for title insurance. He did not consult me in choosing title company and disclosed fees earlier If you need someone to forward emails, then you can hire him. He is definitely not worth hiring as a lawyer

I have used Mr. Shah’s services on at least four occasions including the most recent closing in March of 2018. I am an investor who purchases bank owned properties for investment. I find Sital to be personable, confidant and he knows his stuff. The reason I keep coming back to Mr. Shah is because he ...is very detailed oriented and constantly making the right decisions during the closing process even when I have my guard down. He always asks the right questions from the opposing attorney. The bank owned properties is a frustrating experience but Mr. Shah doesn’t seem to loose his cool and gets the job done. Sometimes boxing gloves are required and he is more than capable of this when the situation requires it. He and his staff responds very quickly which is required when there are multiple bidders trying to secure bank owned properties. Shurine and Tibs from his office are excellent and respond very efficiently. He is truly one of very few attorneys who follows up and insures the client’s satisfaction. He is a results oriented attorney. He explains his decisions and contract terms in a down-to-earth manner which I appreciate. I have found my trusted lawyer for life and I have already recommended his services to others and will continue to highly recommend Mr. Shah to anyone who needs a lawyer. I would give him more than the 5 stars.

I initially met Mr. Shah through my realtor. I used Mr. Shah’s services for purchasing a single family home during March 2018. Mr. Shah responded to me very well and communicated by email very promptly and efficiently as I was a buyer residing out of the country. He responded to my emails and questio...ns very timely and professionally. He is very diligent and hardworking attorney. I appreciate his replies as his language is very simple and clear which helps me understand since I am a first time buyer. Mr. Shah insured that I closed on time since on the day of the closing I was flying out of the country. I would highly recommend Mr. Shah’s services to my friends, family and business associates.
