I hired Mr. Shah for new construction affordable housing. I had many problems with my closing and with the lender. The closing took over 8 months!!!!! But Mr. Shah coordinated my closing met with me anytime I walked into his office unannounced and he always answered my questions. Even though I tr...ust my lawyer, he always took time to explain the process and what was needed from me in order to close. I highly recommend Mr. Shah to all future buyers!!!

I had really bad experience with Mr. Shah. He is the most busiest attorney i have ever seen. Few things i would like to list about him 1. Mr. Shah will never answer your call. Very hard to get in touch with him when you need it. 2. You expect your attorney to give you suggestions when you are st...uck but Mr. Shah didn't help at all. Instead he kept asking me what i want to do rather then recommending a way out. 3. Very poor in communication. I had no idea how much i was supposed to pay for closing till closing day and when i tried calling him couple of times he got angry at me because i disturbed him during the lunch time. 4. We agreed on different amount for fees and i was charged couple of hundred extra. I ignored Yelp reviews and just went with Mr. Shah because someone recommended but i will never do that again.
