I did work with Mr Shah twice. In 2012 he did help me to close out single family and in 2017 September we worked together to complete a cumbersome transaction of a foreclosure - bank owned property. We were referred to Sital by a close cousin. Sital did a wonderful job in closing our home in Feb 2016. The seller created several complications along the process cancelled contract, foreclosure lien, power of attorney and c/o. Sital is very competent and resolved all the issues promptly.
