I hired Mr. Shah based on a referral. I bought a single family home in 2017. Mr. Shah's staff was bilingual and was very attentive to my questions and needs. He is a very very good negotiator and helped me very much during my inspections and negotiations for repairs. Mr. Shah was always available to ...take my calls and his my questions. He often responded to my emails at night and over the weekends. He and is staff is very detailed oriented and kept asking the attorney for proof of repairs and didn't give up. I would highly recommend Mr. Shah's services to my friends and family and it was my best decision I made in the home buying process.

I closed an investment property in March 2018. Mr. Shah was referred to me by my realtor. I did portion of the closing in California and Mr. Shah finished the balance of the closing in New Jersey. Mr. Shah and his team coordinated the closing very well as it was a difficult closing and managing mul...tiple parties. Mr. Shah and his team take the time to explain the process and answered all of my questions as this was my first investment property. I found Mr. Shah to be clear, concise and able to speak in layman terms which was easier for me as a first time buyer to understand the process. The Seller’s attorney and the Seller were very difficult to handle but make no mistake Mr. Shah knows how to handle a difficult situation and has the ability to execute and makes things happen. Mr. Shah often emailed me after hours as I was in a three hour time difference. I found his charges to be reasonable as well and I appreciated how he saved me money and explained were in the process he saved me money. His staff is also very efficient and polite. I will highly recommend Mr. Shah to my friends and family and I will use his services for my next property for sure.
