Sital Jasvant Shah

Mr.Sital Shah represented me in 2006 in a real estate transaction as a buyer lawyer. In 2011 I was trying to sell my house and found out that there was never title insurance issued against the property as the second mortagage of the seller at that time was not cleared on that title. This was preventi...ng me to close the current transaction. with the market being so bad for sellers , I as a seller do not have much time at hand. At this time , my current seller lawyer , buyer lawyer and myself reached out to Mr.Shah and his office requesting to see if he can help and clear this. And for this Mr.Shah's and his office response has been I am too busy to look at old files at this point , I will get to it when I get to it as my office is extremely busy. My review of Mr.Sital Shah and his office is that they are really busy and looks like only can focus on current transactions at that time. their office do not seem to have the bandwidth to address old clients requests.
