We closed on our new construction house on 4/24/2017. Mr. Sital Jasvant Shah helped us from the beginning of the contract to the end, letting us close the new house. He gave us immediate responses to all emails that we sent him, even if it was after business hours. He gave us very detailed explanat...ions of the process, helping us understand all the terms of the contracts that we had to sign. Due to his help, we were able to sign the closing contracts on time, efficiently. Our closing process was the smoothest because of Mr. Shah as our lawyer. He is very knowledgeable in his field, and even better, he is excellent at communicating that knowledge to aid us in the buying process. He also communicated with our mortgage company to close our house as scheduled. We had a wonderful experience with this attorney and highly recommend Mr. Shah.

Sital Shah was our attorney when we purchased house in 2010. Bank was holding extra payment on tax for $2k which was found out during regular audit done by Sital Shah office in 2017. I was surprised to see mail from Sital's office last week that I can pick up $2k check. After so many years, this is... rare example of conducting business with highest integrity and putting customer interest first and that is reflected from this episode. Kudos to Sital Shah and his office staff. I am impress with quality of work and I will use their services for other areas as well.
