I did work with Mr Shah twice. In 2012 he did help me to close out single family and in 2017 September we worked together to complete a cumbersome transaction of a foreclosure - bank owned property. He is gem of a person, With out his support and dedication towards the process I could not have c...ompleted the purchase on time. He is trustworthy and always pay attention to little details. I closed a new construction home in March of 2018. Sital was very personable and reliable from the very beginning of the process. He patiently answered all of my questions as a first time buyer and replied to my many emails very promptly including emails I sent to him after hours. He provides sound ...advise and conveys messages in a simple and clear manner. This is very important to me as I was a first time buyer and not aware of the process. Sital and his staff is very detailed oriented and did a great job in managing and communicating with my lender and getting us to close on time. His charges were also very reasonable and quality of his work is very good. I would give my highest recommendation for his services to my friends and family.

I closed a single family home February 2018. Mr. Shah and his and staff are very responsive and answered emails very quickly day and night. The closing itself was very difficult involving few lenders, grants etc but Mr. Shah found a way to navigate through all the issues and managed all the differ...ing personalities and got everyone to the closing table as the Seller almost terminated the transaction after four months of work. This is an art. Mr. Shah also followed up on all issues no matter how small the issue maybe to a first time buyer. Mr. Shah returned calls very promptly and also answered the phone himself very often when I had called. I appreciated knowing Mr. Shah was at my corner every turn. I am very happy we choose Sital to represent us and I would recommend him to all of my friends and family.

My husband and I sold our affordable housing home in Jan 2018 and used Mr. Shah as our attorney. We used Mr. Shah previously in Sept 2015 when we bought this home and were happy to come back to him! Between both him and Shurine who works in his office, everything was completed in a timely manner and ...they both did not hesitate to keep us detailed orientated regarding all proceedings. Our files were always up to date and they both worked with us after hours via email and phone to ensure all our needs were met. From the get go, Sital was very prompt in responding to emails. Sital's paralegal, Barbara was very friendly in answering our questions, communicating and following up with the sellers. She worked very well with our realtor to get some positive results. We had very un-cooperative sellers and Sellers... attorneys which made it very hard to negotiate. Sital & team made sure the closing happened on time. I thought it would have been great if he could use his experience to negotiate with these hard sellers.
