Mr. Sital Shah provided legal guidance/services on my behalf on a bank owned house. He came highly recommended by my realtor agent and boy was my realtor right about his expertise. During closing he helped explained all the paperwork and really looked out for my best interest. He was even able convin...ce the bank to waived the penalty fees ($150.00 per day) due to delay paperwork from my bank. Total cost of saving was over 2k at closing.
