From the get go, Sital was very prompt in responding to emails. Sital's paralegal, Barbara was very friendly in answering our questions, communicating and following up with the sellers. She worked very well with our realtor to get some positive results. We had very un-cooperative sellers and Sellers... attorneys which made it very hard to negotiate. Sital & team made sure the closing happened on time. I thought it would have been great if he could use his experience to negotiate with these hard sellers.

We did our condominium purchase in Feb 2017 and came back to Mr Shah for our own house in Oct 2017. Mr Shah and Barbara was very responsive for all emails day and night as the closing was difficult. They were detailed oriented and followed up each inspection requests even until the day of closing. P...lease mention this was a single family closing and the month and year in the review.
