We closed our house in December 2017. Mr. Shah, helped us throughtout the closing process, especially with a appraisal contingency clause.Not every client is knowledgeable about all the real estate buying/selling process. He made sure, that we understand what is the process and what we are getting in...to. His team were available for any questions and responded quickly. A month ago, Sital provided a great service to our business in purchasing an investment property in Jersey City, NJ. He went above and beyond in resolving multiple issues presented to us by the seller and his attorney. We all know that attorneys are very knowledgeable but not all of them care about... their clients best interests. Sital is quite the opposite. Just to give you an example, before closing our property, the seller, his attorney and the title company did not mention a word about a pending litigation and a lien against this property. During closing while reviewing documents, Sital quickly noticed a $25K judgment against the seller and raised concerns on our behalf informing seller’s attorney that the buyers are not liable for this. He also noticed that the seller had not provided a smoke certification, which is a requirement. He fought hard and negotiated this deal with the seller’s attorney while facing numerous threats from the seller’s side about breach of our contract. Sital went back and forth for weeks before finally closing the deal for us without any additional liability on our part.
