Lawyers who actually care about people

I called Medina Law Group seeking legal counsel for a problem I was having. I explained my problem and I was able to schedule a 15-minute phone call with Susan. After explaining my problem Susan informed me that their practice unfortunately did not handle my particular problem but she was kind enough... to refer me to another firm that she felt would be best suited to help me. Susan really listened to me and gave me great advice even when probably 5 minutes into the call she knew her firm wouldn’t be able to help me. Our call lasted about a half an hour, all for free of charge and her referral really saved the day.

We first met Victor Medina at a dinner he was sponsoring to discuss the world of eldercare planning for potential clients. We had no idea how fortuitous we were. To start, we were impressed with how patient and thoughtful Victor was that night as he gave each of the guests’ individual attention. He... took the time to explain several options that addressed each of our questions and issues. Based on how well Victor presented himself and his firm, and how knowledgeable he was on various issues, we decided to have a follow-up meeting. The follow-up meeting exceeded our expectations and soon proved to be very beneficial. We decided to engage Victor and his firm to handle my mother's application for VA benefits and to help us with our own future planning. Victor and his team helped guide us through the VA process providing legal expertise and indispensable experience. When the process bogged down Victor knew just what to do to get things moving again. Whenever we had questions, his office always responded quickly with clear and concise information. As we worked with the firm it became clear to us that not only had we chosen a knowledgeable and seasoned legal team but also one we could trust and cares that we make and execute the right plans for us. As our confidence in Victor grew so did our relationship. Victor and his team have supported us in both legal and financial planning. After explaining to him what would make us comfortable, he immediately started crafting plan options for us. After careful and detailed reviews with Victor we were able to select options that fit us, and we came away with plans that made us feel comfortable and confident in the direction we are taking. Victor and his team have an amazing ability to listen and understand what you are conveying to them. We feel very fortunate to have met Victor. With Victor and his team as part of our counsel we feel we can navigate our future journey with greater confidence. That dinner we went to is the gift that keeps on giving.

Good Counsel

Victor helped my family set up an estate plan and, in time of crisis, helped us execute that plan. He has been essential in working through the challenges associated with elder care and estate planning - and very responsive when we have needed him, and very giving of his time when needed.

A Great Estate Planning Performance

The initial conference where Victor listened to our concerns and explained what his firm could do to satisfy them convinced us that the Medina Law Group was exactly the right place for us. We have had a total of three planning meetings with Victor and his able staff, all of which ran overtime throug...h no fault of theirs, without extra charge. The result of this has been probably the most complete set of legal documents and detailed plans for our estate, our wills and our health directives that we have ever seen or heard about. Every base is covered, and everywhere we take the trust document in this process of funding our new Revocable Living Trust, it continues to impress all the professionals we work with. Every request for assistance or guidance that I have made has been handled promptly, efficiently and courteously by the Medina Law Group staff and we are already well on our way toward funding or our trust, in less than two weeks since the establishment of it. We are so impressed that we signed on for their yearly Client Care service, which provides for consultation and an annual review of our estate and health situation for a nominal yearly fee. Compared to standard hourly charges for such legal work, it’s a real bargain.
