I've used Pierce for many years from real estate to personal representation and he has always done exceptional for me. Mr. Backes is a exceptional lawyer. When no one wanted to help me with my case because my civil claim amount as under $3000.00, he took my case. He informed me from the start if i win, he win, if we lose, we lose, which was understandable. He kept me informed at all times, whether if it was fax, emai...l and/or phone call. He told me step by step what to except. And most importantly explained to me in detailed the terms and in's and out's of the case. I was suing my car dealership for consumer fraud. Someone at the dealership signed my name on the auto loan contract and refused to give me my down payment back and also took my caraway from me. Mr. Backes won me three times the amount I invested into the car. I am very thankful and blessed to have met a lawyer like him. Not too many lawyers are like him; honest and loyal.
