An exceptional Attorney Who Truly Cares

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Attorney Who Truly Cares Finding the right attorney for estate planning and trusts can feel overwhelming, but working with Meg Rudansky was one of the best decisions our family has ever made. From our very first meeting, she brought a rare combination of warmth, compassion, and ...deep professional expertise that immediately put us at ease. Estate planning can stir up a great deal of anxiety — it involves difficult conversations and complex legal concepts. She handled all of it with remarkable patience and sensitivity. She took the time to explain every detail in clear, understandable language, never making us feel rushed or confused. Any fears I came in with, she gently addressed and resolved. What sets her apart is not just her legal knowledge — which is extensive — but her ability to make you feel genuinely cared for as a person, not just a client. She is thoughtful, thorough, and professional in every interaction. She anticipated our questions before we even thought to ask them and guided us through the entire process with grace and confidence. The peace of mind we now have because of her work is truly invaluable. Our trusts and estate plan are in perfect order, and I can rest easy knowing our family’s future is protected. Without hesitation, I can say she is the finest attorney I have ever worked with. If you are looking for someone who is not only exceptionally competent but also genuinely kind and a pleasure to work with, look no further. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Highly recommend.

Meg is a knowledgeable, compassionate lawyer. She created an irrevocable trust to protect my mother’s assets in case Mom needs Medicaid. The process has been unexpectedly complicated. I am impressed with Meg’s knowledge of elderlaw, income tax, real estate taxes, etc. Meg patiently explained th...e options to me, and she tactfully explained the trust to my mother, who is having memory problems. Meg kept my mother’s preferences in mind when she created the trust. I highly recommend Meg as an honest, reliable, intelligent lawyer.

A Competent and Thoughtful Professional

I am an attorney in New York City and my family and I needed a Long Island-based attorney to handle my grandmother and grandfather's estate planning. Based on her stellar reviews, we hired Meg and we were so glad that we did. Meg is an accomplished elder law and estate planning attorney, and I was ...impressed with her command of her practice area. Equally notable was the patience and thoughtfulness that she demonstrated in explaining each issue and concept to my grandparents. Meg is a wonderful attorney and a true pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend her services.

Meg Rudansky is without doubt the best attorney I have ever worked with. She has handled my families estate and estate planing with great wisdom and great heart. Meg compassion in taking care of my elderly father's care and finances are beyond words. I would and I have recommend Meg to so many pe...ople who are facing such a hard road of becoming the caretaker to their parents. I am forever grateful.

Don't know where to start

Every once in awhile we run into someone who is very special, someone who is kind, compassionate, extremely competent, knowledgeable and very caring. These qualities don't even begin to really describe Meg Rudansky but they're a start. As the single father of a handicapped daughter, without substanti...al means, I lived with great concern about her well being upon my passing. Meg did so much to help allay those fears and to provide peace of mind. I will never be able to thank Meg enough for all she's done. She's an excellent attorney and an even greater human being. There aren't many individuals one can ascribe total trust and confidence in, Meg personifies those qualities.

"Meg has a true passion for her work and the well being of her clients. I have always been amazed at her ability to find the time to network with other professionals that serve seniors, but to Meg finding out what other professions can do to help her clients is just part of providing good client service, and that just comes natural to her. As a result she has a vast network of senior service professionals from which to draw, and a great foundational knowledge of what they do and how they can help her clients. That network and knowledge makes her a better lawyer, and her clients enjoy the benefit."

"I endorse this lawyer's work. I have known Meg for some 5 years, and consider her one of my mentors. I particularly look to Meg for advice and opinions on Elder Law. I enjoyed learning from her when I heard her speak at a national conference a few years ago. Meg is the embodiment of what an Elder Law attorney should be - between her knowledge and demeanor she sets the aspirational standards for practitioners to follow. Clients can rest assured that Meg will take good care of them, and provide knowledgable (and compassionate) assistance and counseling."
