Mr. Fleisher has lived in the same home near Platt Park for 40 years with his wife, Jacqueline L. Tobin. They have two children and two grandchildren.
Mr. Fleisher is one of the original creators of the "Contract to Will" which helps protect a child's inheritance in second, or even first, marriages. He has written several articles on the subject.
