Gregg is such a compassionate lawyer. He put me at ease when the trouble started. He gave me realistic expectations and he delivered. He has an excellent reputation amongst his peers which is extremely important when judgment comes about. When I went to court with him the judge literally said you couldn't have found a better lawyer. Greggory should receive more stars than five..there are not enough to describe his incredible understanding of both Law and addiction Along with his wife Nellie . I was facing three years for a Dui and other driving offenses as a multiple offender HE understands addiction which was comforting. He took time and did not rush to make a quick buck and was genuinely concerned YOU cannot find a better Man or Attorney period! I knew from the first conversation with him as he spent so much time prior to me hiring him we also had conversations about alcohol and it's effects that helped me. I am now sober 23 months and still reach out to him I consider him and his wife not just as a Attorney but a friend. God bless them both. Worth far more than there fee. My sentence ended up far far shorter than three years of which I am pleased otherwise I would not be writing this review but still incarcerated. Amen.

I was pulled over back in January for driving while intoxicated. I was arrested and taken into custody where I performed a breathalyzer test with higher than average BAC results. After reading all I could about the repercussions of a DWI in the state of NJ, I made the decision that it would be best to hire a lawyer. I searched for the best DWI lawyers in the state. The first lawyer contacted me back and as I was on the phone with him I heard him texting. During our conversation I received a text from said lawyer stating all his prices and fees. This, as well as the lawyer talking himself up over the phone, left a bad taste in my mouth. There was zero sympathy and he went straight to the money subject. The next lawyer I contacted never replied back. After two days of being in panic mode and in a bad state a mind, I contacted Greggory Marootian's office where I was immediately greeted by Nellie (Greg's legal partner and wife). Nellie was very sympathetic and calmed my nerves as she could tell that I was obviously in distress. She was even able to get in contact with Greg so that I could talk to him even though he was on his way to a case. After speaking to them I immediately knew they were the right people for me. The whole process was a long and arduous journey. Throughout those 7 months, Nellie and Greg assured me that it was common practice for the whole process to take this long. Regarding my BAC results, of course I was hoping for the impossible and getting everything dismissed. But from the day one, Greg never fed me any BS. He never gave me any false hopes and told me straight up that, given my results, it would take a miracle for my case to be dismissed. He also recommended I agree to getting an expert report as it would be beneficial in my case. While I was questionable about it given that it would be an extra cost, I wanted to do whatever I could on my end to get the best results. I couldn't afford to lose my license as I work on cars for a living and needed to be able to drive to do my job. Fast forward to my final hearing, Greg was able to convince the prosecutor to dismiss all my other tickets (6 out of the 7), as well as dismiss my BAC results. The dismissal of the BAC results helped bring my penalties down to a 1st offense DUI/DWI which required me to have an interlock installed in my car for only 3 months. With my BAC being over .15, I could have lost my license with possible jail time. Greggory and Nellie Marootian are good people. They're REAL people. They talk to you as a person, not a client. They're not out for your money, they genuinely want to help you and they understand how stressful and tough this situation is. Greg and I have also developed a rapport outside of the legal aspect as he happens to be a car guy and I work on cars for a living. And Nellie is one of the sweetest people you'll ever talk to. I'm very thankful for everything they've done for me. If you're in the unfortunate situation of a DUI/DWI in the state of New Jersey, I highly recommend them.

I recently was pulled over for speeding and had been drinking. I was charged with a DUI and 5 other tickets. I had heard about Mr. Marootian through a few friends and they spoke highly of him. He is an expert in DUI cases and after speaking with him it was an easy decision. I had a very high BAC reading and was facing max fines and penalties for a first DUI. Marootian went to work and didn’t disappoint. He had the reading thrown out due to a few things including breaks in the officers observation time of me. Also he discovered electronics were present during the administering of the breathalyzer. He had all the tickets thrown out and I agreed to a plea deal to only lose my license for 3 months. I didn’t have to lose it at all though because I had another option to use the interlock device for three months. I didn’t want to use that device and since losing my license was not a hindrance to me I chose that. So it went from max fines and penalties to minimum fines and a slap on the wrist. I encourage anyone in the same situation to give him and call and choose him. Also he tells u exactly how it is and right to the point. I’m extremely happy I chose Mr Marootian and thanks again Gregg!

Hands down the greatest attorney you can have by your side to handle your case, walks you step by step on what to expect and honest. Really fights for the case for you as if it’s his own. Life saver is what Greggory truely is. Very thankful case was dismissed due to the experience and expertise.
