I have to say that my case came out of absolutely nowhere, starting one sunny afternoon, and ending up in a nightmare of a world overnight. I had absolutely no idea what to do since it was the absolute first time I was ever arrested/charged and had virtually no guidance or support. I managed to get in a last minute appointment with this attorney that I needed before some important dates for my case were already coming up shortly, and after that point it's as if I handed all of my 'workload' over to the team and my job was completely done; just like that. That is exactly how it worked out too; I suppose our instincts are on point.
I had no idea that all my cares & work for the case was over at that point but it more or less was, and I could manage to move on with my life as it was being handled during the entire length of the process. I really feel that this was the best choice to go with because it seemed like a direct/no bs approach with the interest of just getting it all done for you, with the added bonus of having control over many parts of the process as far as etiquette/communication/personal preferences. You also get your answers all at once, so you have an idea what you're dealing with/the outcome from your 1st consultation.
As long as you simply 'show up,' when needed to, your job is done, and after it's over, it's over; just like that. Completely done, so you can sincerely move on with your life.
I definitely feel for anyone that is inexperienced with the system, intimidated by arrests/the court process, or simply isn't as educated or familiar with the process to hire an attorney like this because they completely understand and work with you on an individual level.
Everything from the time spent talking, to the costs and to our own efforts not being too taxing is on point, but I cannot mention more, how little you have to do compared to the work the team does. If you sincerely are interested in simply wanting your case over and done with so that you can relax and move on with your life, this is the direction to go in.
Very flexible with time, appointments, payments, and even at court you have the option of either sitting by yourself in a corner removed from everyone, or front row with your attorney; it really is all up to you. You make the call on how you look, what you wear, how you act, and you really have total control other than suggestions from the team, if even asked. You can relax, be yourself, and rest assured that your case will be done & over with, minimizing as much stress as possible for you.
To conclude, I literally felt that as soon as I hired this attorney, that I dropped all of my worries as well as the case onto someone else and that my job was done, with a certain happy ending of some sorts to come from it. That is precisely what happened.
The entire case was thrown away, and there were about 7 charges total, btw. Then, it ended. We walked away and went onward with our lives and other worries.
Without getting too specific about my particular case, it was a potentially very messy, expensive, and time consuming DWI/DUI case with about 7 additional charges slapped onto it, and within several months, it is as if it never happened.
This is extremely serious and damaging to your life/employment opportunities potentially, especially if it is involving criminal charges. So keeping it vague I will say that again, it is as if my case never happened.
A nightmare of an ordeal that could have potentially destroyed someone's life to a certain degree, vanished.
Anyways, it's up to you guys on what you want to do, but I am still in disbelief over the outcome of my case. Who here dreams of the best case scenarios? Well, apparently one sunny afternoon that happened. Just like that.
The fees are nothing compared to buying your life back.
If you care about your life, I would invest in this attorney.
Cheers!
