Extremely Knowledgable

Greg Marootian was retained to represent my 19 year old daughter in 2 separate DUI related circumstances and 1 disorderly persons case involving underaged drinking. No parent should ever need to deal with such stressful issues but if the unthinkable becomes a reality, retaining the best attorney imp...roves the odds of having a more successful outcome. Being a very personable, knowledgeable and consummate professional, Greg supported her with the utmost skill and integrity while producing the best results that could have been attained, based on the law and circumstances. Prior to retaining Greg, we took the time to interview several other attorneys who were recognized to be among the best in DWI/DUI subject matters. Upon meeting Greg and knowing his strategy, it was clear that he was the right professional for the task. Having spent more time in court with my daughter than I'd like to remember, I was witness to how her outcome could have turned out if we if hadn't selected the right attorney for the job. Greg is highly regarded by his peers, the prosecutors, and the judges. I don't believe that any of the other attorneys, who were initially consulted, would have cared enough or would have worked as diligently to produce the same or better results.

An outsanding DUI Attorney

On April 1st 2011, I experienced the unthinkable being arrested for a DUI first offense. I just worked a very long day in NYC, and decided to stop for a couple of drinks to unwind before taking the bus back to my car parked in New Jersey. Then travelling back home to PA, while driving I receive...d a work related phone call and took the call. I was driving perfectly fine traveling going 65 mph in the slow lane on 287 south when a local police spotted me on my cell. I was pulled over for cell phone usage, but during questioning the policeman asked if I had anything to drink, I was very fatigued and replied the truth. He asked me to step out of my car and performed a field test on me. Having not performed as well as expected he asked me to take a breathalizer. I registed the minimum .08 and was arrested. I am a family man with 3 children, this was a very scary and humiliating experience. The next day I searched on the internet for a New Jersey DUI attornety and and read Gregg's testimonials. What I can say in short is every testimonial holds true. As my case dragged out for 5 months, during that period Gregg always made me feel that there was hope of getting the charge reduced. He recommended using an expert witness to review the administering of the breathalizer because I came in at a .08. The result ended in in the state dropping the DUI charge and reduce it to a wreckless driving charge and the use of cell phone while driving charge. I loss driving privalage in New Jersey for 45, this versus 90 days for a first time DUI charge, as well as no DUI on my permanent driving record, increased insurance rate surchages etc... This without going to a formal trial. I would recommend Gregg to anyone caught in this unbfortunate situation. Gregg had a great repour with the judge, and prosecuter. He is a truely outstanding attorney, respected in his field and a very personable and compassionate. I would highly recommend Greggory Marootian.

High Reccomended

Based on the circumstances of my DUI, Greg was able to win the absolute best outcome I could have expected. His representation saved me the considerable cost and embarassment of requing an ignition interlock device and additional time suspended and/or IDRC classes. More than my attorney, Greg is c...ompassionate and understanding of the nightmare that a DUI experiance is to the client.

great attorney!!

when i contacted mr. marootian back in october of 2010,,I was in some serious trouble,,facing a third or subsequent dwi,,mr. marootian worked extremely hard for me,always kept me informed and in contact,is very easy to get in touch with and was always there for me.I am very impressed,, as i have had ...many other lawyers and i would hire mr. marootian over anyone.he was able to get my dwi dismissed when i thought i was doomed..If your looking for a great dwi attorney then this is the guy,,i am very happy that i had greg and nellie marootian working for me,they both made a very stressful situation so much better for me and my family.
