I hired John Daniels when a psychotic female roommate put a restraining order on me with ZERO cause. Thsts no joke! U are guilty until proven innocent. I never laid hand on her or threatened to. But if I was found guilty and was granted a final restraining order. The consequences for me would have been very bad. I would be registered as a violent offender for one and you can lose your job over something like that. John Daniels took this very seriously was straightforward with me and actually got the psycho roommate to drop the keys five minutes before our actual hearing, and that way we didn't risk having a possible loss because you never know what's gonna happen with the judge so everything worked out great, and his work was diligent to the point, and he pays attention to your questions, and I highly recommend him.

Today I had a visit with my son at my home for the very first time and it is thanks to John's help and guidance. He has taken good care of me from the beginning and helped me navigate through a custody battle that I was failing to get through on my own. I can not praise or recommend him enough. When I received my DUI charge, it was definitely one of the lowest points of my life. Needless to say, I was not happy or proud in approaching an attorney regarding the case. I didn't really want to hear any self-righteous lectures, though it probably would have been in my best interests to hear that. But I found Daniels & Daniels through a friend at work, who stated that John Daniels helped her in her divorce case tremendously. When I met John, he was extremely kind, non-judgmental and used humor to diffuse any tension when I was discussing the case. He and his assistant spent a lot of time asking me questions and then spent more time in preparing and researching the case. Even though my BAC was clearly above the legal limits, there were a lot of holes in the police report that John spent time researching and then later, attacking at trial. The policeman admitted that he did not follow complete protocol because of his hurry to get back on the checkpoint line. It was short-staffed that evening, but that wasn’t known until the police were questioned thoroughly. John was able to get this out to a mere traffic citation! I did have points that I would have to pay, but any criminal charges were thrown out. It was a tremendous relief, as my career and reputation would have been affected immensely. I thank John to this day. And only after the verdict, did John finally give me a lecture about drinking while driving. I was in a much better position and mood to listen to it.

John helped guide me through a psychologically devastating divorce by not only being my counsel but by being my friend. There were many matters that were very difficult to deal with but John was very tactful and sensitive about it during sessions. But he was an entirely different persona in the courtroom and to the adversary (my ex). He was vicious, merciless and competitive – everything that I could not pull myself to be during a difficult time in m life. He fought relentlessly for my interests and when it was over, he had helped me gain a successful outcome. As much as one can truly “win” in a divorce case, I was able to do exactly that.

John is a very savvy attorney and knowledgeable of the law. I'm always amazed at how he brings his "A" game without fail to every venue where his skills are needed and/or on display. He's helped me, my family, and my business for the past twenty years. Though he is quite astute in his practices, he also is humble enough to know when to refer a case to another lawyer if he feels that he does not provide enough knowledge in that area.
