From the first time I contacted Steve, he guided me through every process and met all expectations. He went above and beyond and was happy to help along the way. He even helped me when he was on vacation. You'd think he was two people because he really gave 200%. He was empathetic to my anxieties and... a shark where it was needed. Steven helped me in settling my dad's estate in the absence of a will. My dad had dementia and a lot of documents were lost. Steven took care of all the court filings and contacting car companies to settle outstanding loans without me setting foot anywhere, which I appreciated.
