Experienced Criminal And DWI Defense
A career spent in criminal law has been rewarding and adventurous. As a former prosecutor, I have seen the law from both sides of the counsel table, and have tried numerous jury trials representing both the goverment and the wrongfully accused. Carefully selecting other attorneys to join me as partners and associates, attorneys chosen because of their experience, talents, work ethic and commitment to the principles of this profession and the Consitituion, has allowed me and this firm to flourish, and earn a richly won reputaion. My peers selected me five years ago to be the President of the over 2000 members of this county's bar association after having served for years on its Board of Trustees.
Our cases flow from many sources, but primarily the recommendations of fellow lawyers, judges, police officers, bail bondsmen and former clients. They know first-hand of our abilities and commitment to excellence. If you need the services of a criminal or DWI attorney, let us join you in the fight to achieve justice. See us in greater detail at www.remzeller.com.
Practice areas
Along with my criminal associates, my firm specializes in criminal and MV allegations. There is no such person as a "defendant;" until and unless the State proves its case beyond a reasonable doubt, my client is in the eyes of the law presumed innocent, and should be referred to as the "wronguflly accused." As a Certified Criminal Trial Attorney certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and as a former prosecutor, I bring to the table a wealth of criminal experience, savvy and zeal.
46 years, 1,000 cases
DWI defense is not like "rocket science." It IS rocket science. it requires the experience of a seasoned criminal trial attorney, one who has not only handled but tried many hundreds of both jury trials and DWI trials. As a specialist in such cases, being one of the few attorneys in this state certified by the inventor of the Alcotest as a "certified operator," both I and my experienced associates bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. Our excellent reputation speaks volumes.
