About Joseph
Biography
A career spent in criminal law has been rewarding and adventurous. As a former prosecutor, I have seen the law from both sides of the counsel table, and have tried numerous jury trials representing both the goverment and the wrongfully accused. Carefully selecting other attorneys to join me as partners and associates, attorneys chosen because of their experience, talents, work ethic and commitment to the principles of this profession and the Consitituion, has allowed me and this firm to flourish, and earn a richly won reputaion. My peers selected me five years ago to be the President of the over 2000 members of this county's bar association after having served for years on its Board of Trustees.
Our cases flow from many sources, but primarily the recommendations of fellow lawyers, judges, police officers, bail bondsmen and former clients. The man
Joe was my life saver, he chopped down a false accusation to full acquittal by thinking outside the box during the case negotiation. He stood his ground and knew the cards.
