He communicates effectively and efficiently, so that you understand what your options are specific to your situation. He pays close attention and advises based upon your particular circumstances, h...e doesn’t simply regurgitate what is on various websites (and much of that information is wrong or so complicated as to be incomprehensible). Mr. Cohen is very respectful and professional. If you feel embarrassed about your student loan issues, don’t worry. You will not get any judgment from Mr. Cohen, only wise counsel. My situation is complicated, but Mr. Cohen is so skilled that in 30 minutes he addressed all my questions and concerns. I have a lot of experience with lawyers (my field of work and a hideous multi-year divorce) and I have never encountered an attorney who communicates so well and so efficiently. His fee is extremely reasonable and well worth it to navigate the student loan minefield.

Atty Cohen was concise, clear, and thorough. We could not navigate all the complexities of our Parent Plus loan.
