We found Mr. Cohen's process to be extremely simple- and at the end of the consultation- extremely enlightening. Before finding Mr. Cohen online- we had been in touch with our Congressmen, The Federal Dept of Education many others. They all became a dead end - one at a time. We have wasted a coupl...e of years - Until NOW. Her has made his interactive online process of acquiring information , preparing him self for the eventual phone interview , and followups - all very simple. He was easy to talk to on the phone interview and genuinely interested in the situation we presented . He took the emotions out the conversation and he kept us on task of reviewing just the facts. Even I was not really skeptical about having to post an upfront fee since we have already wasted so many more times that already with this process of repayment and usury - but after the call, I can tell you you was the BEST 250.00 I ever spent ! i HIGHLY RECOMMEND MR COHEN REGARDING STUDENT LOAN PROBLEMS.

I was very satisfied with the quality of the consultation by Mr. Cohen regarding my student loan dept. Because of all the (legal) information he was able to provide, I am feeling less overwhelmed and worried now. Unfortunately, the fee for the 30 minute consultation is a little high, but I am glad th...at I had the money and that I invested it to get a "peace of mind". I do recommend scheduling a consultation with Mr. Cohen, when you are unclear and unsure about different questions/issues you might have in regards to your student loans. It is worth the money. He explained the legal side in regards to my situation in plain and understandable English. When I had a question, Mr. Cohen would listen and provide a concrete answer. He also asked me at the very beginning of the call, if I wanted him to record the conversation so that way I would not have to take notes. I recommend taking advantage of that as you are more able to focus on the conversation and all information he will give you. (And you always have the option of going back to the recording in case you forgot important details/advice.) I would schedule a consultation with Mr. Cohen again, if my situation would require me to do so.

I have to admit that I was a little skeptical at first about how much we would actually be able to accomplish in our 30 minute consult, but Joshua Cohen was extremely thorough and went above and beyond the questions that I had regarding my private and federal student loans.
