The understanding lawyer

Attn. Cohen took the time to listen and review the facts of my situation in the most professional manner he could in the time allotted, he outlined a preliminary plan with the facts he had available. He did not pressure me to hire him. Not in the least, he wanted me to submit more specified informati...on which I will provide. After reviewing this information he will determine if he can help me in my legal matter.

Logging Yard Laborer

Consulted with and hired Joshua to assist with a default student loan. He was very knowledgeable about the process to get it out of default, and into good standing. He provided step-by-step instructions for us, and gave us a real peace of mind about the process. I would HIGHLY recommend him!

Joshua Cohen reviewed my student loan situation and advised me on the best solution to a long standing problem. He was professional and knowledgeable in all areas of student loan laws and procedures. My only regret is that I didn't call him years ago.

Helpful, flexible, and friendly.

I had to reschedule our phone call two times, but this was never a problem. When we spoke, Joshua was prepared, agile, and inquisitive. Within 1/2 hour, he helped me negotiate a way forward and left me confident in my understanding of the system. $250 for peace of mind.

Worth every penny! I actually feel as if I know which road to go down now. I still owe a huge chunk of change-- but I at least know how to attack the debt. For years I've been paralyzed because I couldn't get a clear answer from anyone about PSLF, IBRP, and the path I should choose. One 30-minut...e phone call and I have a plan. Couldn't have been more straightforward or helpful. Thank you!
