I have been trying to get a discharge for a parent plus student loan that someone forged my name for almost 4 years. My loan servicer investigation officer told me if I had an expert do a handwriting analysis and the signature was proven as being forged in their report I would be given a discharge f...rom the loan and no longer be responsible to repay it. I paid to have it done and when I submitted the experts report that stated my signature was forged my loan servicer responded that it didn't mean anything and it was just one persons opinion.
