We had no idea how little we knew regarding student loan repayment-ramnifications/options until we spoke to Josh. We found him to be patient, honest and extremely knowledgeable. Weight lifted

Joshua managed, in 30 minutes, to sort out a web of confusing loans and loan holders. I'd been fighting to figure it out for 12 years. He also advised me on how to complete paperwork (and which to complete) to reduce my payments to something manageable and avoid a terrifying garnishment. I'd had year...s of poor advice from FedLoans and USA Funds, but I'm optimistic that he's steered me the right way.

Solid, knowledgeable and straightforward

Cleared-up cloudy facts from my student loan situation. Was knowledgeable and advised on how to proceed in the best fashion. Also added insight into the future, which was useful as well. Gave clarity to a precarious program that needs revision from Congress and perhaps even President trump himself. G...ave me the knowledgeable so that I can proceed with confidence accordingly.
