After seeking counsel locally in my area, I was directed to contact Mr. Joshua Cohen because he specializes in student loans. While I’m not ultimately happy about the answer because it effectively was “just wait and see”, I do not at all hold this against him. That’s a failure of my state and tha...t they have no legal obligation to work with me or apparently, even a lawyer. Josh is the second person to tell me this and someone that specializes in student loans. On that note, I do feel comforted in knowing I’m doing all I can. I also fully believe in good faith that I can reach out at any time and my questions and concerns will be answered. As well as believing that if it comes to it, that he will be there to help me defend myself. I highly recommend Josh if for nothing else than because he made me feel heard, which is something I’ve not felt since going through this process for no less than two years with my state themselves.
