First real help in years

I have approached several attorneys trying to get even advice. None would touch my situation. Joshua understood my case immediately. He summarized concerns in a logical priority and gave me specific options with their pluses and minuses. He made the steps clear to me with specific details for me to f...ollow when I select the option. I am now set to make progress for relief, the first time in years since I've been in terrible straits. I found Joshua informed and experienced in dealing with similar cases. What he advised me was extremely uplifting since I didn't know where to turn. I now have a plan. As it unfolds I will be able to check with him further.

Student Loan Consolidation Error Consultation

After review of my situation, Josh went outside the box to try and help me unravel my Parent Plus loans from my own student loans. I didn't know how few options I had until Josh discussed them with me.

Very helpful

Although I'd done my homework on our student loan situation, I had on more than one occasion, gotten conflicting or erroneous information from our student loan servicers. It was worth the consultation fee knowing what we could and couldn't do with our loans and what we could expect for the future, s...pecifically after retirement.

Sober, Authoritative Advice from a Legal Professional Who Knows What He's Talking About

I found Joshua through an online search for loan forgiveness lawyers. I have $170,000 in total outstanding student loan debt and it's been a real source of stress and anxiety in my life. I specifically wanted to know how much of my income I could expect to outlay on incoming federal student loan paym...ents during my first year filing taxes with a decent yearly salary. I wanted to know what my options were and what I could expect. After sending Joshua all of my National Student Loan Data we arranged to have a consultation the following week. He got a brief rundown of my current income and was able to quickly come back to me with a payment figure and plan of action that was way less frightening than I thought it would be. He was really clear about what could and couldn't be done in terms of negotiating with loan providers and gave really thorough advice on what to consider - even for the plan that worked best for me. I might have wanted to know how he arrived at that number and whether or not I could have gotten an even more amenable figure. In a perfect world, I also would have better details from my conversations with my private student loan providers and would have wanted a plan of action on how to negotiate with them as well - but I understood that my options were limited when it came to private loan providers. In the end though, all of that is splitting very fine hairs when considering that I came away from our conversation with a much better understanding of what to expect and that I wouldn't have to give my first-born child to Sallie Mae - a sense of peace I wouldn't have had were it not for Joshua's counsel. He was even gracious enough to let me know to reach out to him in case things changed with my marital status to see if I could get the number re-adjusted in that case. And I had never had someone run through the 25-year timeline for Public Loan forgiveness with me before either. All in all, he was a very knowledgeable and reassuring legal professional for a process that completely eludes me. I couldn't recommend him enough to anyone interested in his services.
