This lawyer was rude and unhelpful. Emailing with him was stressful. He yelled in CAPS! in the emails, and mixed up my case facts, (saying he doesn't know my case) even after I explained it again. He would only speak to me once on the phone, so I had to try to figure everything out through email. Whe...n my application was denied and I asked about next steps he just sent me a 1-sentence reply. He didn’t offer any support or next steps. I stopped wasting my time and energy with him and found a nice, patient, knowledgeable case manager.

Joshua was a pleasure to speak with. If it hadn’t been for his guidance, then I would have ended up applying for my next repayment plan incorrectly which would have resulted in much higher monthly payments than the way he instructed me. I never felt that the call was rushed and I would recommend him... to anyone with student loans.
