My husband recently hired Matthew Dudley last summer for an interstate custody case against his ex who used our son as a pawn to punish him when she didn’t get her way, along with just not making him go to school and letting him roam freely at 6 years old. Dudley helped us construct a fair parenting ...plan once our son had been in Washington long enough to obtain residency and made the process quick and easy, even when birth mom responded with outrageous demands. I also contracted Dudley’s services in 2015 to establish a parenting plan for my own daughter. I had come out of an abusive relationship and had a hard time speaking up for myself and Dudley’s no-nonsense attitude made me feel secure in my decisions and sure that my controlling ex would meet his match. Dudley has come through for our family time and time again and there’s no one else we could possibly trust with ensuring we have fair rights as parents and what needs to be done will get done as efficiently as possible. We hired Dudley twice because he has represented people in my family, my husbands family, and many of our acquaintances and friends. If you’re looking for a family lawyer then absolutely give him a call, it will be more than worth it.

Mr. Dudley was the best attorney I could have asked to have represented me in my case. He was referred to me by two friends of mine whom are also single fathers. I hired him for my divorce dealing with DM and 4 children. I didn’t care much for materialistic items but Dudley proved to handle that with finesse. I cared for my children’s safety and my own. He informed me of all possibilities and led me towards the most likely to take place. To our surprise the judge took a much more stern approach that resulted in my favor. He kept me from falling into my emotions and to think clearly and respectively. Which if you have or currently are going through a divorce you know how difficult it can be to not let your emotions take control. I was able to reach him at the most unexpected times for guidance on how to handle unexpected life events through out the divorce process. He is very communicative and keeps it simple. If you want someone who is going to coddle you, sympathize with you, or acknowledge your emotions, find yourself a counselor. Matthew Dudley is a lawyer and amazing at it. I was recommended by a friend to go to him. He reviewed my case and made extremely rude remarks to me as a mother. I would not recommend him to anyone. Especially if your case is a little more difficult. When lies are being told about you that you want to clear up. DO NOT go to him for help. I think ...he gets joy out of hurting people. Save time and your breath. Choose someone else who will fight for you.

I have nothing new to add that hasn't already been said about this man. He is amazing at what he does and I will forever be grateful for his help. I love that he makes himself available to clients, that he actually responds to emails and return calls. When I was looking around for a lawyer I can't te...ll you how many offices said that they 'would check the availability of their attorneys and get back to me' to never be heard from again. Mr. Dudley returned my call the same day and we were able to set up a time to meet that week. He was honest about what to expect, stayed in contact and provided me with everything I needed. Mr. Dudley is everything people say he is and there is a reason that he is one of the most recommended family law lawyers in our area. I would recommend him to anyone that thinks that they may be facing a difficult divorce or family law issue.
