Matthew J Dudley

I was recommended by a friend to go to him. He reviewed my case and made extremely rude remarks to me as a mother. I would not recommend him to anyone. Especially if your case is a little more difficult. When lies are being told about you that you want to clear up. DO NOT go to him for help. I think ...he gets joy out of hurting people. Save time and your breath. Choose someone else who will fight for you.

Mr. Dudley came highly recommended by two friends. I was willing to ignore his poor bedside manner in favor of just getting my divorce over with. He insisted my current counsel is more than adequate & didn't find my desire of wanting to switch credible. I'm already dealing with a difficult situatio...n that he has no competence of. My current counsel either has too much or is lazy & Mr. Dudley made inaccurate assumptions on all counts. I had hoped for an in person meeting. When I explained that I was in the right vicinity but couldn't find his building (Tapio) he just laughed. He's not worth it.

If you're a woman, I'd highly encourage you to find another attorney. If you're a guy, and really want him for an attorney, sit down and swallow your pride and don't speak unless spoken to. I had Matthew before and said I'd never hire him again but unfortunately, was served and due to urgency of ti...me, i had to hire him again. He's worse than before. He's unprofessional. It takes him several days to answer a text, email or a call. He did not offer any advise to address the issues. He hangs up on you for no reason at all. He didn't let me know when the trial was and called me 5 minutes before trial and started asking me last minute questions, then hung up on me again for no reason and he lost the case. No one deserves to be treated by his arrogance. Good luck.

If you want a lawyer that has not care or concern towards your case hire Matthew Dudley. If you want a lawyer that has zero communication, hire Matthew Dudley. If you want a lawyer who is unprepared for all court cases hire Matthew Dudley. If you want a lawyer who in the end helps you loose your cour...t case, hire Matthew Dudley. If you want a lawyer who responds to all your questions and inquires as if you are an annoyance and weeks later, go ahead and hire Matthew Dudley. If you want a lawyer who hangs up on you and doesn't call you back during high conflict times of your divorce, hire Matthew Dudley. If you want a lawyer who doesn't tell you of court dates until the day before, go ahead and hire Matthew Duddley. He is has no social skills, communication skills, lawyer skills, or any humanity as far as I could tell. I should have just written a check to my ex-wife a year before the divorce was final just not to have to deal with my horrible lawyer, who was Matthew Duddley.

Well since I had to pick a start an 1 was the lowest one that's what I picked. Matthew was recommended to me by a state worker, an boy were they wrong. From him being rude hard to get a hold of, to plan not even letting me know court date's have got changed. I can not say enough bad things about... this man. If this man was on fire I wouldnt piss on him to put him out. I felt that I had to allways get any an all info for him. Seams he was allways to busy to get any info on my ex. He just wanted to file motions an that was all he could do I can't even see how hes still practicing law in spokane. I couldnt answer a question about my child. He became very combativité an told me to get the "F" out of his office an said we were done, an to go get a different Lawyer. In conclusion I wouldnt recommend Matthew Dudley to anyone for anything.
