I had been through a couple different attorneys before finding Matthew (Cuddly Duddly). Part of the reason is that our case involved more than one state. So I had a different attorney in the previous state. Then upon moving here I initially started out with a different attorney who wasn't sure how t...o handle the case. I found Matt and I couldn't be happier! I walked out of court like I won the lottery! He accomplished exactly what I wanted. He is tough, intelligent, witty, sarcastic and an expert in his field. Most importantly he is feared and revered by the opposing side. The best money I have ever spent. With my previous laywer I felt like I wasted 2k and wish I could have returned the services and gotten a refund like you return an item that doesn't work. When it comes to complicated ex's and cases, you need an aggressive attorney by your side. My situation was/is complicated to say the least. When I came to Matt, it was a mess. My previous attorney was a complete moron. So I was in need of a new one. First thing said, Matt is not your kumbaya attorne...y. He is straight and to the point to a fault. Lets face it, going through a divorce is no picnic and you need a terminator to fight for you. To be very frank that is what he was for me. I highly recommend him and I am very confident while I type this, that I would use him again, and most likely will; in the future. He was Aggressive in court, Firm with the other party when needed and was Responsive when I asked questions or seek advise.
