Matthew J Dudley

Our family has used Matthew in two custody cases. Both times he has won the legal battle. He is efficient and very timely in getting the papers filed, getting court dates and doing the job you hired him for. As for his demeanor, I just remind myself to give him the facts he asks for and no chit chat.... After all, he's hired to win a legal battle for you, not burn up the clock. I had the great fortune to be referred to Mr. Dudley after my prior attorney had to withdraw from my case due to conflict of interest. I was very skeptical at first, he is not the kind of lawyer that will hold your hand or sugar coat anything. But he made sure I knew exactly what to expect and was be...yond accommodating He has the kind of hours that allow for a working, single Mom to find time to get in to see him without making me take time off of work. He would go above and beyond for me all the time and take that extra mile to make sure it got done right away. He was very efficient and so incredibly knowledgeable. I was very lucky to have him as my lawyer in more than one case. I would highly recommend this man to anyone who truly needs help and can't always afford the expensive downtown lawyers.

I came to Mr. Matthew Dudley after hiring another attorney (I should've just hired him the first place a bunch of friends have used him). I brought this case (parenting plan) to Mr. Dudley mid way threw. When I called him I was extremely annoyed and felt defeated (with the lack of caring from the oth...er attorney). When I talked to Mr. Dudley I felt very confident. Two weeks after Hiring him my children and I had our freedom back. He doesn't tell you what you want to hear. He tells you the facts. He doesn't promise you anything (like the other attorney did) He worked with my busy schedule. Mr. Dudley is beyond knowledgeable. Mr. Dudley is amazing at what he does. Matthew did a great job dealing with a bunch of moving parts and a very uncooperative opposition. He is efficient, very knowledgeable, and can effectively move a case through the courts with as little pain as possible. He took care of most of my court dealings, so I didn't even need to be there unt...il trial. He isn't a dramatic person, which saves the client and himself time. He's very straight forward. If you need a lawyer, he's fantastic. If you need a lawyer/life counselor, I would still hire him, but use a separate counselor/friend/beautician/bartender to vent to. I had numerous people recommend him, and they were right! I will continue to use him.

Matthew was very direct and got straight to the facts. We were referred to him by a co-worker AND a friend working at another family law office.
