I don't how I came across Matthew's information online, but I am so grateful I did. He was 1 of 5 attorneys I reached out to when I was desperate for help. He called me back in person and asked about the particulars of my case. I was from out of state and had to wait an additional length of time befo...re my case could be started. When I reached out to Matthew again, he had a clear recollection of my situation despite the months that had gone by. Having now concluded with the divorce proceeds, I know I made the right choice in having Matthew as an attorney. I was clueless about then length of time, effort, and considerable amount of paperwork my case I would. I would call or email Matthew so many times with questions in a panic. He doesn't have a secretary so he responded to everything himself and in a very unbiased, objective way - which I appreciated. Given my inexperience with the legal system, I know my case could have financially devastated me. Matthew understood my situation and his fees were more than reasonable. I'm so grateful to the outcome of my case and having custody of my kids. Matthew is the best of the best and an expert in his field. I'm so lucky that he agreed to take me on. Mr. Dudley certainly has a strong passion for his job. When I entered his office for the first time, it was apparently obvious he was a workaholic. Mr. Dudley shown he understood the legal process and I instantly understood that was his area of expertise. What I learned and what was comforting, throu...gh the divorce process, was his strong ability and willingness to listen. He made my daughter and I feel very comfortable which led to a judgment in our favor of “sole custody.” Yes, “sole custody.” I am a Caucasian male, my wife and daughter are Native Americans, and honestly, I did not think that was possible. Mr. Dudley proved otherwise and certainly made my daughter and I feel like winners to this day. We could not ask for anything more but he shown to have a strong ability to draw reasonable and logical conclusions from our office discussions. During trial, Mr. Dudley demonstrated that he understood my life better than I did. His closing argument was so amazing that I received the final ruling to where I don’t even have to pay a heavy monthly alimony payment. In addition, another added bonus is his fees are more than reasonable. Mr. Dudley was certainly the right choice to represent my daughter and I, and we would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

I contacted Mr. Dudley in December of 2019 when I was still pregnant and he gave me legal advice, in which I did not listen to. I tried to be civil with my ex and do a parenting plan on our own to avoid trial. (I regret this now) I got served a proposed parenting plan from my ex and he was trying to ...take 100% custody of our daughter that he had not seen for months. I contacted Mr. Dudley and hired him. He made me cry a total of 3 times throughout the proceedings. 2 of which were happy tears. The other time he was calling me out for mistakes I have made during the process, and was my own doing. My case will be heard in court again, and I will be calling him back. Mr. Dudley doesn’t have paralegals and the information you give him doesn’t get lost in the office with multiple people. He knows the cases well and delivers results far beyond what I even asked for. He doesn’t care if he ticks off the other side (even the other lawyers) and fights hard and tirelessly for his clients. He even works on the weekends and I’ve spoke with him as late as 8 PM weekdays.

I can’t imagine my experience going any better. Matthew is a cut above the rest. He puts people in their place. If he puts you in yours, I’d suggest you get comfortable. He knows what he’s doing. I found comfort in him not telling me everything I wanted to hear, because he always told me everything I... needed to hear. Every time he showed up I felt relief. In every respect he gave voice to how I felt and even more I hadn’t thought of. I remember reading “he under promises and over delivers”... I couldn’t agree more. He will leave you feeling like you owe him more than he asks for.

Matthew Dudley was Referred to me by a friend. He was at all times nothing less than professional, punctual and straight to the point.
