I’m sure for myself and most people, these charges don’t define who you are, yet a poor decision. The court carriers very high maximum sentences and can be a nightmare facing these sentences alone with no defense. Honestly I cannot say enough great things about Andrew and his team. First I want to start off with the fact I was facing years in jail for a major DUI DWS case. From the moment I stepped into Andrew's office he had a complete game plan and thoroughly explained everything that we needed to do to ...achieve the best case scenario. Without paying a dime, he took the time to outline every little detail of my case and gave me several different options. His confident, calm demeanor made the most stressful time in my life manageable. I can't thank him enough for that. I was in court on my first appearance and was waiting to get an appointed attorney as I had no money. I watched as a few people stepped before the judge and we're set over or sentenced, a young man stood up and went to the podium, now I was not only watching but listening attentively because he had b...een accused of the same charge. DUI. As I listened to the attorney representing him, whom i later came to find out was Andrew Wheeler. I was astonished, he talked with such confidence and presented a case that was extremely convincing and more than logical, winning his proposal to have the DUI charge dropped to a neglegent driving in the 1st degree. More than pleased with how well Andrew worked I made sure to ask a few people how to get in contact with him before I left the building. I was set up with an appointed attorney that day anyhow, unsure if I would call Andrew due to the fact that I didn't have a large amount of money. A few days later I realized talking with family and friends that a DUI would be much more expensive and have a much greater hardship on my life than if I tried to get a lawyer. I then called Andrew and he informed me the consultation was free, I set up and appointment and saw Andrew for about an hour as he explained how my case was going to go. He knew just what it was going to take to get my DUI reduced as far as it would go and relayed exactly why and how this was able to happen. We appeared in court and he negotiated to get my sentence reduced to the neglegent driving 1, in which we had planned. No surprises. I couldn't be more happy to have decided to hire Andrew Wheeler, he worked wonders for me with his professionalism and I'm sure his abilities can accommodate your needs.

I was completely lost in this terrible tragedy I found myself in. Andrew was the first person dialed from the police station and he helped me make the proper decisions in dealing with the officers that night. He was also able to get me in for a free professional consultation right away to let me know... what my options were. I should have signed on with him right there, but I wanted to explore options with possibly a public defender or making a deal with the DA. I came to court and realized I made too much for a public defender and the DA's offer was terrible. I saw Andrew there and asked if he would still take my case, and he was very polite and helped me right there on that day and going forward. The payment plan was very helpful, and so was his staff. All in all he was able to reduce my charge to Neg. driving in the second. No trial and no criminal charges. My advice is don't go it alone. Let Andrew help.
