When it comes to legal services, there are two types of law firms: those that handle many different types of cases and areas of practice and those that specialize. I believe that that by focusing our firm on just one area of law allows us to do the best work possible for our clients. This is why I have chosen to only represent good people who are facing Oregon DUI and other related charges.

Who are the people we represent?

My clients are much more than the charges that they are facing. They are local business owners, mothers and fathers, good, hardworking people with integrity. People just like me, who found themselves on the wrong side of the law when they were arrested for DUI.

That's right. I, too, was arrested for DUII nearly twenty years ago and understand the toll that something like this can have on your personal and professional life. Since my arrest, I have gained a deeper understanding of the legal process surrounding DUI arrests, both from the perspective of a prosecutor and also as a defense attorney. I have combined both my personal and professional experiences to create the Reynolds Defense Firm, a firm that is committed to helping good people who are facing Oregon DUI charges. This firm provides people with the help I wished I could have experienced when I was arrested.

So, what exactly does my firm do?

Very impressive!

Dan and his team were incredibly helpful during some difficult times. He was able to provide very useful information and made my perception of the future much brighter. Best Decision I’ve Made

When I was involved in a DUII I was scared, ashamed and felt alone. I was also panicking because I’ve never had to hire an attorney so was already overwhelmed with where to start. It was a holiday weekend, a bit of research and they answered the phone on Thanksgiving Day, which spoke volumes. Every single person I interacted with in the office, from receptionist, to legal assistants, to attorney, were reassuring, kind, understanding and knowledgeable. It was an easy decision to hire them and I have not regretted it throughout this entire process. Highly recommend Reynolds Defense Firm

I have hired Reynolds Defense Firm for DUI and PCS case. The people in the firm (started by Dan) are extremely helpful and supportive. Leads an excellent firm that helps you both legally and personally

I contacted Dan's firm, Reynolds Defense Firm, not long after being released from jail following my DUI arrest. I was scared, confused, and did not know how to proceed or what was going to happen to me. It was a Saturday morning and I did not know if I would even be able to contact much less retain an attorney before the next week, but RDF made it easy to get in touch with a legal assistant on the weekend, be contacted by an attorney to discuss my case, and retain them to take care of my legal problems. Within days of my arrest I felt comfortable that I had the legal representation I needed and that my case would be resolved over time with the best possible outcome. In addition, Dan himself contacted me to explain the firm's coaching program, the Blue Binder Project, and explain why he thought it might help me deal with the mental and emotional strain put on myself through my DUI arrest, with the goal being to move forward from it. I can say that the Blue Binder Project has been a revelation that has really helped me with regards to understanding and coping with my DUI, and using the experience to gain new insights into my life going forward and reach a more positive mental state in many aspects of my life. Awesome Law Firm Team

Sleep better at night knowing you the right team working for you

Dan was phenomenal. I was beyond stressed and my anxiety was through the roof. This isn't a situation where you want to face it alone. Without his help we would not have had the positive results that we got

Dan explained the process and fees in detail. He has a very kind and caring demeanor which allayed our fear and anxiety. I appreciated how perceptive he was of my son's emotional state and the family dynamics. Premium Legal Counsel

My DUII was my first brush with the legal system. I was very nervous about how to deal with it and finally decided I needed professional help. I talked to 3 lawyers. Dan was the most expensive but not by much. I went with him because he seemed the most confident and knowledgeable and because my gut told me he was the best one. My instincts were absolutely correct about Dan and his team. Professional every step of the way. Dan told me exactly how it was gonna be when my case came up. Everything: how long it would take, what my penalty and fines would be and how I was going to take care of what I needed to do. All of this information came on our first meeting after I hired him and all of it was correct. That is why I decided to hire a lawyer in the first place. I needed to concentrate on my work and let someone else worry about how to navigate the legal labyrinth. It takes over a year to take care of every last detail of a DUII and Dan has been with me every step of the way. What more can you ask than that? I have spoken with a few people about their DUII experiences and I am certain I saved myself a lot of money hiring Dan. I paid more up front, but he had the know how and professional reputation within the legal community that helped me get the best possible deal. Dan is a smart fighter in the courtroom and a leader. BEST DUI ATTORNEY IN OREGON!

About 7 months ago I was charged with a DUI and it was by far the scariest situation I have ever found myself in. Being the first time I have ever been in trouble with the law, I didn't know where to go or who to turn to....until I found Dan Reynolds. Excellent Defense Attorney. Great Results!

MacDaniel Reynolds represented me for a traffic violation earlier this year. I felt the ticket was unjust and the fine unreasonable. All of my interactions with MacDaniel and his office staff were very professional and I was always treated with respect. MacDaniel Reynolds has experience in the prosecutors office. First DUI: Great help to me.

I felt comfortable the first time I called their office for the free consultation. Dan & his team helped me understand my options and treated me with dignity and respect. They were prompt in answering questions and returning calls. Dan took away the anxiety and helped me out of my awful situation.
